(Postal Services) - To start, most postal services
come up short on service. FedEx is no exception to the rule.
1) The well packed package arrived as though
someone put their foot through it. Who, at FedEx did such a
thing and delivered
it anyway without comment? 2) Fed Ex came and picked up the package to return to the sender,
but
no apology
was
given.
3) When
the sender failed to give a refund and nothing was heard from
either the sender or FedEx, I went to FedEx who had no record
of my name and address deliveries and required a tracking number.
That's a really poor database in this day and age. 4) FedEx
was again, no help at all in that only the sender could collect
insurance which in itself is a lengthy process designed to
discourage
claims. Don't consider your insurance as "real.' For this
reason, I try to avoid using FedEx and try to purchase from
vendors
that also don't use FedEx. Michael P. Murphy DBA The Small Businessman - www.smallbusinessman.com Technical Site Coordinator and Registrant
