Y Listings*Yamaha
(CRW-F1 CD R/RW recorder)
Here is a company that represents the very worst of corporate Earth.
They sell buggy products every day through distribution centers around
the world, then only offer support while everyone is at work, leaving
people frustrated with their non-operating products as I discovered
when I tried to record my first disk on Thanksgiving. Despite all
of the unemployed in America, Yamaha saw fit to have a recorded message
that support would be closed between Thanksgiving Thursday and the
following Monday!!!!!!! I needed to back up data prior to a Windows
2003 Server Install and apparently, Yamaha was going to frustrate
that process all by their small minded selves! ANY LARGE CORPORATION
WITH BUGGY EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE NEEDS TO HAVE 24/7 TECH SUPPORT
OR GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS. Yellow Pages
(United Directories, Inc.) 1) Junk Mail, 2)Tricky company giving misspelt name of company so that you fill out a form to theoretically make corrections, which in the fine print shows you committing to spending $396 for advertising (more like $400, huh?) Proof that small minded companies will become ever more aggressive to take your money in this depression! 1/28/2010 Michael P.
